Topic: SCX-60
Just wondering on where everyone started with setups on there conversions. I tried the X-60 setup on mine and it seems pretty good. It does have a lot better steering than a SC10.

Any news??? any help??
Oh, sorry about that. Forgot to do this. I'm taking Alex's back to him today and we have a race this weekend but I'll have him post up his setup after that.
Hey Bigfoot. Yea man...your performance at the Nat's was pretty impressive. I was the guy with the HUGE chops in the X-Pits. Anyhoo, a couple weeks ago I went to race in the 09' Arizona State Championships at SRS in Scottsdale and did pretty well. I threw every set-up change imaginable at it with noticable results. When it was all said and done, I walked away with the championship in the Pro2 class. Following was the set-up I ended up on...keep in mind that the track was very high bite, grooved up, with little to no dust. Sorry it took us so long to get back with you...I hope this helps. I would look foward to Chris and Alex's set-up as well. They are the "originators" of this truck, and Chris knows his stuff!

This was my first outing with the SCX-60. This coming weekend I will be attending a very large corr only event here in Louisiana called "CorrCross", and it will be a watered track. I will post my set-up for that event first part of next week.

Chris Bennett

Thanks guys!
AS reference to anti squat.. flat to me would be 0 degrees, but doing the math it would be 4 degrees? Because you say no washers, which would be 4, but then you say flat, which to me would be 0 degrees, meaning arms flat? Please clarify. Thanks.
Bigfoot, this is a question for Paul or the Boyz.
We have tried to make it easy. It really does not matter how many degrees you have or don't have, with X Factory all you have to do is determine the thickness of the washers. To duplicate Chris' set-up, use no washers at all.
Flat or no washers would be considered 4 degrees of anti-squat. As you add the kit supplied shims or spacers, you take away anti-squat eventually going negative. More anti-squat = more foward traction w/ less side bite, Less anti-squat = less foward traction w/ more side bite.

Bigfoot, An update on my SCX-60 set-up for a watered track. I ended up on the exact same set-up with one major change. I went to the 4 degree toe bar, and used the +.5 degree rear hubs! On rails.......
