The X - 5 Squared is Here!

OLD CARS AND NEW CARS All the new parts fit on the original X - 5, and all the original parts fit the new car, with one exception: you must have a new Squared idler bar (Part # 5342) to run a Squared chassis (#1003). The new body will fit the old chassis; the old body will fit the new chassis; the "Pro-Proto" covers will fit the old chassis, and so on.
The Higher Power Upgrade Kit The K014 Higher Power Upgrade Kit is available for existing X - 5s. It has all of the new parts to turn an old X - 5 into an X - 5 Squared, including a new Squared Chassis, Squared idler bar, Squared body, "Pro-Proto" Cover Set, and Decal sheet. They are currently available for $99.99 and will begin shipping this Friday, June 29th. You can find the Higher Power Upgrade Kit here.
X - 5 Squared XX4 Conversion and Entire Car Kits We’re waiting for the box label and revised instruction manual from the printer to be able to complete the K012 XX4 conversion kit and K013 Entire Car kits. We hope to pick up those materials this Friday, June 29th, but that date might get pushed back to July 14th due to the race schedule. Both kits are currently avaiable on the store, at the same price as the original kits, but will not ship until we have the instruction manuals and labels ready. The Racing and Shipping Schedules Please understand we are attending three major races for the first three weeks of July and working with the new molding shop in L.A. after that. We have hired a part-time worker to process and ship orders three times a week while we are traveling. However, we want to take care of the X - 5 squared orders personally to ensure there are no errors. Chazz is skipping one of the races in order to ship X - 5 squared orders in the middle of July. All Squared orders received between June 29 and July 13 will be shipped on the 14th. Paul & Chazz return from the Hot Rod Hobby Shoot-Out and working with the mold shop in L.A. on July 26th, and regular shipping – 24 hour service – resumes then.
